16th Century Manor House

Here are a few pics of the first coat of Farrow and Ball – colour Hague Blue – that we put on top of a base coat of Zinsser Grade 1 which is the best quality of paint you can ever put on lime render and freshly plastered walls as a sealer coat / must coat.

We use the Zinsser Grade 1 for a base coat as it’s great for sealing plaster and lime render. We will fill walls in between coats then apply the last coat once all trades are out the way.

These colours really work well together. The skirtings and Bannister will be finished with a Farrow and Ball – colour Downpipe.

Keep your eyes peeled for finishing photographs now as we are coming towards the finish line now.
